Sand Castle Shelter and Keys to Hope

Jim is the Executive Director of the La Porte County Drug-Free Partnership.  Today he comes to talk to us about the expansion into La Porte County of the Sand Castle Shelter and Keys to Hope, which are helping to address the issue of homelessness in La Porte County.
